Return Policy


I want to return the product. Do you have a return policy?

To ensure to our customers that we care for their choices and value the money they have spent we have an easy return policy of 7 days. In case you do not like the product, this policy will give you a benefit of returning back your purchase. All you need to do is courier the product back to us within 7 days of receiving it in unused, original condition in exchange of full refund or replacement whichever you prefer. Please note - Full refund is issued only on products returned within 7 working days of requesting a return. Hence we request you to send the product only through a trackable courier such as First flight, Indian Speed post, DTDC, Aramex or Professional Courier.

Are there certain conditions which I should keep in mind before returning the product?

  1. Product must be returned in original packaging as received. The packaging should not be damaged/tampered by sticking labels or writings on it.
  2. Product should be returned in original condition as received. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product will be rejected as returns. 
  3. Any freebies/gifts shall be returned along with the product.

Who will bear the return shipping cost?

In case you do not like the product, you can return it back to us us within 7 days of receiving it. We follow a strict quality check before shipping the product and all the return shipping charges will be borne by customer.

How would I get the refund back?

We process the refunds within 7 working days after receiving the product. Refunds are made through NEFT/Cheque/Net Banking Accounts/Credit Cards used at the time of placing orders.

We request customers to mail us following details - 

In case of cheque - Name in which cheque needs to be issued.                     In case of NEFT/Bank transfer- Account Name / Account Number / IFSC Code / Bank Name / Branch Name
